Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little bee to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unwashed and unworn items. Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our hive, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
